Teacher Handbook and Environment Label Fixes
Teacher-facing selection and navigation details were corrected.
The group view now uses the right API behavior for teacher selection, and the header navigation was updated for teacher handbook links. The environment label display was also adjusted so the header reflects the intended deployment context more accurately.
