Streak management was added to the admin workflow.

New group streak and streak controllers were introduced, along with model classes for storing group streak relationships and streak definitions. The admin sidebar now includes streak management, and a new streak page lets admins manage streak rules.

Group management was updated so streak assignments can be connected to group game configuration, and the database migration was extended with the supporting structure.
